Vacheron Constantin 18k Tear Drop 1950

Here we have a beautifully finished Vacheron Constantin dress watch from 1950 with unique teardrop lugs and an amazingly designed dial with so many details that it's difficult to mention them all. 

This particular piece is notable for its outstanding dial condition and a strong 18k rose gold case.
